As a Strategy & Operations Intern at Pandata, you will support the go-to-market mission of a software product we have built in-house. You will work directly with decision-makers on market positioning, outreach, and growth initiatives — with real ownership of the results.
Tasks
- Support the go-to-market strategy for an internally developed software product
- Identify and approach potential customers and partners
- Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen positioning
- Help build and iterate on outreach, messaging, and sales processes
- Track and analyse growth experiments and feed learnings back into strategy
Your Profile
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent working mentality, proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Genuine interest in product, growth, and how software businesses go to market
- Comfortable working in a small team where you shape your own responsibilities
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
