The Pandata Kitchen provides our team members with an exquisite breakfast and lunch, cooked by our experienced head chef. On top of those meals, which enable us to come together on a daily basis, we offer an extensive programme of snacks and drinks to make working from the office a unique culinary experience.
As an Office and Kitchen Assistant at Pandata, you will help keep our Berlin office running smoothly and support our office chef in creating a welcoming, well-organized workplace. You will keep things running behind the scenes, ensuring smooth daily routines and an environment where the team has everything they need.
Tasks
- Help ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and running smoothly
- Responsible for the selection of deluxe snacks and drinks available to our team
- Coordinating with delivery and suppliers to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Filling in as head chef for the occasional day, reheating meals, cooking pasta with premade sauces or other simple cooking
- Ensuring the kitchen is functioning well and continuously improved, fixing and improving the physical infrastructure
Your Profile
- Organised, dynamic, hard-working and versatile
- Strong interest in food and cooking
- Friendly, positive and good-energy person who enjoys being around people
- Monday availability required
- 12-15 hours availability on 2-3 days a week
- Based in Berlin with the ability to work on-site
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
