Growth Manager (B2B Sales & GTM) PandaOS

As Growth Manager you own how our AI-Workbench PandaOS reaches the people and companies who need it. The tool grew out of our own consulting work, is currently in beta (www.pandaos.ai), free to download for individuals and available to companies and teams.

Tasks

  • Demo PandaOS to potential clients and show them how the tool integrates with their workflows and goals
  • Bring customer feedback back to the product team, and see it shape the product
  • Run deals from the first conversation to the signature, and turn individual users into team and company accounts
  • Prioritise across larger, multi-round deals, closing what is ready and parking what is not

Your Profile

  • You bring experience in Software/SaaS sales (ideally also B2B) so you'll understand our product and the industry from the start
  • You learn quickly on the go, through both internal and external feedback
  • When something is not working, you change your approach
  • You are looking for responsibility, outcomes, pace and visible impact
  • You are fluent in German and English, both good enough to dive into complex software features or discuss a contract
