Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at Pandata, you will build and maintain software products that power both our internal operations and our clients' businesses. You will collaborate closely with consultants to turn complex business needs into stable, production-ready products — from internal tooling to full client-facing applications.

Tasks

• Design, develop and maintain full stack web and desktop applications for internal use and for clients
• Work closely with consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable software
• Build production-ready products from rapid prototypes to long-running platforms
• Integrate AI capabilities and agent workflows into products where they create real value
• Own the full development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment and iteration
• Contribute to internal tooling that improves how the whole team operates

• Deployment: GCP Cloud Run, Vercel

Your Profile

• Solid experience with TypeScript and modern full stack development (Next.js, Node.js)
• Experience with or strong interest in desktop app development (Electron) and AI agent engineering
• Strong sense of ownership — you take a feature from idea to production and care about the outcome
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into working software
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment where requirements evolve
• Independent working mentality, proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Solid communication skills in English
